Our Care Team & Quality

Our caregivers and nurse aides are trained in essential areas including personal care, dementia support, pressure sore prevention, moving and handling, catheter care, and safe medication practices. Nurse aides typically hold formal certificates from recognised institutions, while caregivers receive in-house training and practical competency checks led by a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience.

All staff go through a thorough recruitment process including police checks, reference verification, a skills assessment, and a values-based interview. Only those who demonstrate empathy, reliability, and competence are selected.

Assessments & Personalised Care Plans

It’s a detailed review of a person’s health, social, emotional, and environmental needs to create a plan that considers the whole person, not just their illness.

Some families have carers but need expert guidance to develop a safe, personalised care plan. Our assessment provides this clarity.

The plan outlines the person’s needs, preferences, risk factors (e.g., falls), medication routines, and recommended daily care routines.

A trained health professional, usually a Registered Nurse, will visit the client’s home.

A typical assessment takes 60–90 minutes, with a written care plan delivered within 48–72 hours.

Yes, you do not need to be an ongoing client to request an assessment and care plan.

Medical & Mobility Equipment

Yes. We offer a range of equipment for sale or hire, including wheelchairs, walking frames, blood glucose monitors, etc.
